FMIPA UNRI Mathematics Masters Program Undergoes Field Assessment by LAMSAMA
Pekanbaru, 23 February 2025 – The Master of Mathematics Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Riau University underwent a Field Assessment in the framework of the 2025 accreditation process. This activity was carried out by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Natural Sciences and Formal Sciences (LAMSAMA) and took place on 23–26 February 2025 at FMIPA UNRI.
In this assessment, LAMSAMA assigned an Assessor Team consisting of:
Prof. Dr. Jarson Naiborhu, S.Si., M.Sc. (Bandung Institute of Technology)
Prof. Dr. Subchan, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Ten November Institute of Technology)
This Field Assessment activity aims to assess and evaluate the quality of the implementation of the UNRI FMIPA Mathematics Masters Program, including aspects of the curriculum, quality of lecturers, infrastructure, as well as research output and community service.
The Dean of FMIPA UNRI expressed his hope that this assessment can run smoothly and provide the best results for the study program. “We are committed to continuing to improve the quality of education, research and academic contributions to society. "Hopefully the results of this assessment can reflect the quality and achievements of the UNRI FMIPA Mathematics Masters Program," he said.
By carrying out this assessment, it is hoped that the UNRI FMIPA Mathematics Masters Program can obtain the best accreditation as a form of recognition for the academic quality that has been achieved.
